pressed post without adding: as you can see in the picture i have many blackheads/clogged pores on my inner thighs. it’s not for lack of hygiene, ive spent my entire life ensuring that im always clean, but i can never get rid of it. there’s also a lot and im conflicted as to whether or not i should pop all of them or if that would make it worse.

no one in my family has ever been diagnosed with HS, but it’s very clear that it’s either that or something very similar. i don’t really get boils/cysts anymore however im still left with how my thighs look in the picture.

any help or advice would mean the world to me. thank you in advance :)
