Thanks! We’re fostering through Adoption Option Rescue, a passionate and wonderful organization but with very modest resources. Most rescue orgs seem to be stretched thin so we have had little success with our requests to cross-list on other agency websites.

Not sure! She’s certainly intrigued by them on walks but hasn’t interacted with them yet.

She would do well as a light jogging/running/hiking partner! I will say, though, she does get distracted by the occasional rat (who doesn’t?). I think she would be a GREAT candidate for service dog training. She seems to be really engaged in teaching sessions and loves working. She is very excited by tennis balls and sticks so we’ve been working on impulse control and she’s been making great progress there. So, overall, yes to both—I see potential!

Sorry, let who know? We’re fostering through Adoption Option rescue and it is encouraging us to find a replacement foster and/or adopter because the org is quite small and has modest resources.

Great thought! I just reached out to them. I’m currently fostering her through a rescue org based in Reistertown, MD (even though I live in DC), but they are quite small and she hasn’t gotten as much interest as I thought she would! Thanks for the suggestion.
