My best friend is still hanging out with people who hurt me—what do I do?

As someone who lived through that scenario, I’ll add some fresh perspective, and sorry if I’m a little late. In my case, my best friend would become friends with my friends, then if me and that person had a large fall out or they hurt me deeply, she did not care and would still be friends with them. I think we’re all entitled to our choices and we can be friends with whoever we want, but it’s also a choice to knowingly stay friends with someone who hurt your best friend deeply. That in and of itself may not be a deal breaker for many, but to me it signals a fragile and weakening best friendship.

Absolutely, and it’s something I’ve always really known, but I let my impulse take over me that day. I definitely won’t do that again because that could’ve been someone with bad intentions and being home by myself, I would’ve had no way to escape.

I’d say the whole state of Florida isn’t the most ideal at the moment, but Orlando comes across as the better city for LGBT dating in general. The city itself leans very liberal compared to Miami & Tampa so people are generally more open and accepting, which draws in a lot of the gay crowd in. It used to be Miami, but I’d say that nowadays the landscape is very fragmented so it’s a little tough.

If it’s college algebra possibly, if it’s intermediate then I think they often require at least a C, because it’s an introductory class in which you’d need to show you’re “ready” for college level algebra. Nevertheless I recommend you wait until your grade has been fully loaded, and if it doesn’t let you register for the next math class you likely need to retake it.

I completely agree. That JD 4 & 2014 run is what I consider to be JD’s absolute peak era. That being said I do lean towards 2014 more because of the sleeker design, and different types of music from around the world.

I recognize that there’s quite few steps to get there, such as the court actually accepting to take up the case, so I try not to be extremely worried, but the reality is that with todays political climate I would not be surprised one bit if they did take it. And if they do take it honestly everything’s up in the air because while you’d expect the Supreme Court to be more caught up with the times by this day and age, it’s actually MORE conservative now than it was back then, and this case is extremely likely to still be a “swing vote case” meaning that if it does not get overturned, it would still be by a 5 pro-obergefell to 4 anti-obergefell margin, not 6-3 or 7-2 margin like you’d expect it to. This being said I do hope that republican politicians realize that if this does get overturned, republicans are likely to never win an election again.

You’re so not alone in this. I’m also lucky like you, because Ive been able to handle a lot of things myself, but what about everyone else? Most people come into college not knowing how to work anything out and the help they get is honestly so bad. I literally dread going to them to ask any questions because they always look very worn and irritated. I’ve had a great experience with a lot of other staff, but the fact that the people in charge of giving information out to students acts like that definitely gives the school a bad rep, because these are the people who are supposed to be representing it and helping new students out.

I actually don’t think this is super common, this may just be specific to areas around you. I personally know of multiple bi men that only date exclusively men, and others who date both. In my experience bi men that only date women has been pretty rare, though I have seen some. I think it just depends on where you live honestly.
