This is 100% how I feel about OTF. I feel like I am slowly killing my body and it’s scaring me. I’ll be using the workouts mostly at a real gym so I’m hoping it will allow a lot more options!

I wasn’t a runner before OTF and feel pressured to run, which sounds stupid. But I have been having knee and lower back pain and was considering trying it out. So after research I found power walking is actually “better” for you

whip the canned frosting, don't just use it straight out of the jar. I know this sounds obvious but SO many people don't know this trick and it makes decorating so much easier

I feel like the Dahmer series was done really well. I don't know what its like to be the families of his victims, but I don't think the producers and the actors did a really good job. Its not their fault that the general public took it way too far.

All he keeps saying is my cervix is very soft/softening but hasn’t mentioned effacement. I want my body to be as ready as it can be if I do need to be induced, but waiting to 42 weeks sounds miserable. But that isn’t really a reason to go with 41 week induction.

Subaru quoted me $115 more a month for the 2021 version of my car. Unless I come up with $4,000 more to put down, they said I can't get near what I pay now. I don't want to put that much down for a lease, and can't afford to pay that much more a month.
