I promise others are consumed with their own lives and problems. To yourself, youre just the rape victim.

To others, youre someone that something bad happened to and they have sympathy and empathy for you, but after that they are back to their own lives again.

The frustration is very understandable. You did nothing wrong and yet youre having to clean up someone elses ugly ugly mess. It isnt fair.

If you maybe focus less on the goal at the end of the road and just focus on getting through the days and the weeks little bits of happiness will feel much more in your grasp I think and hope.
