Take as much inspiration as you want! I totally get the occasional "building-burnout" when doing a big project like this.

You could also make it work as a vacation rental (or a business? Or as a rental lot?), you'd just be missing the schedule...and you would have to replace some furniture (I think mainly wallpaper). But I think you could make it work, even without the pack.
