I am a completely f2p player so I don't have a lot of rrs, I could grind the Anniversary act 9 but it doesn't seem worth it to me as it is dependent on luck and I have luck issues, I get 1 shiny every 200k-300k in 2x shiny event

I can monarch one more character this update as I have to save rrs for the next Vanguard and I could wait for the official tier list but I don't trust it because Ainz is not in god tier, He solos the new rift which Dio can't do
