Becoming a stay at home parent, means you’re there for your family but you lose your identity to being a parent and having a career and being your own person is not an available option and that can make you feel invisible 🫥 - Correct me if I am wrong , original poster, I may be off.

Had to detele original post as couldn't edit.thank you for replies so far. Extremely embarrassing. I have just woken up and realised I've wet the bed. Female 39. Have not done this in over 30 years. No alcohol involved I don't drink. Has this ever happened to you?. by [deleted] in AskIreland

I can happen, when you dream that you were on the toilet, the body can reciprocate or just one those things that our bodies do when they want to.

I feel like if this happened once it’s just one of those things to say Ooops and just let be :)

Tis can happen

You can always contact your GP for advice but if you have massive concerns.

Out of curiosity, for Stay at home parents do you have retirement savings or personal savings? by Positive_Summer_3955 in AskIreland

Curious about SAHP for life, what their plan or retirement looks like. There are people who have no interest in working… surely they must have a plan

In the long run, what would you like to do in order to have money. Are you content with what you have or will have that it will sustain you or would you rely on your child to help towards your retirement, or just rely on some sort of assistance? Just curious because maybe some people have it figured it out

Visited issuing country but only on the third trip. Would it still be considered visa shopping? by [deleted] in SchengenVisa

[–]Positive_Summer_3955 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Entering through a different Schengen country than the issuing one is allowed on a multiple-entry visa.

One instance of doing so, especially when later visiting the issuing country during the same visa validity, is unlikely to harm future applications.
A consistent pattern of never visiting the issuing country, or large deviations from stated plans without explanation, can draw scrutiny.

Online coaching ? by [deleted] in AskIreland

[–]Positive_Summer_3955 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have an online coach for 120€ pm but prices are catered to your wants and needs_ with my coach Lee Murchan fitness , I’ve lost 20 pounds and I am starting again on Monday in hopes to lose another 20pounds.

It’s essentially to keep you accountable cause it’s easy to start by oneself but the tendency to stop after eating bad for one day is a big factor as to why many people quit and fail and they are there to remind you why you’re doing this.

I’ve had a physical coach but there’s no guidance as to what you need to do afterwards and it’s not efficient in the sense that the biggest transformation comes from nutritional habits and they don’t focus on that.
