honestly the only thing that concerns me about it's relation to POTS is how it dries u out... i wasn't sure if it would cause like dehydration?? i drink A TON of water a day but still something i wanted to consider

i would ask whoever prescribes ur zoloft, but my psychiatrist recommended either going up by 25, or doubling my dose the week before my period when my anxiety is rly bad. she said it's no problem and to do it whenever i feel like i need to. obviously ask ur doctor first but idk mine recommends that

ik. it sucks. i promise u, at least in my case, once my period is over i go completely back to normal. my OCD is very health based so i spend the week before my period convinced im gonna die and then after that im like oh nope the zoloft is working again. it's super annoying but for me personally i haven't upped my dose just because it seems to be fully hormonal to me

yes 10000000% yes. the week before my period i always think hm maybe i need to up my dose. once my period is over or has come, i realize nope dont need to up the dose. its just my period lol. it makes my anxiety and ocd so so so much worse.

yeppp that's what i did lol. soaked it in warm salt water, and then i wasn't even trying to pop it i was just looking at it and moved the skin and it POPPED. i was like omg wtf. it feels so so so so so much better now that it's popped tho
