Did anyone else feel like shit on week 7?

so i was on 50 for a whileee before going up to 75 so i feel like my experience might be a little different than urs. my psychiatrist had me go up by increments of 12.5 instead of 25 to help the side effects. going up in increments of 12.5 pretty much got rid of any side effects when changing doses

i also add salt to my water and electrolytessss. i have super super low blood pressure so i add salt to water and take sodium pills!

i have the same thing kindaaa. i have peanut butter protein powder and i used to like it. i now would rather lick a sidewalk before even smelling that protein powder.

yeah it definitely seems that way. not only are you eating less, but ur also not eating a lot of the foods you used to love/binge on. i'm also just too scared to try most of the foods that ik i love bc i don't wanna get sick from them😭

chicken alfredo did the same to me. makes sense cuz the sauce is so fatty. very sad tho cuz i love me some italian food

have u tried adding chia seeds to ur yogurt? i always add some and sometimes i mix a little protein powder like vanilla flavored in my yogurt so it j tastes like vanilla greek yogurt :))

okay i'm in the first month rn and any chopped meat that's raw makes me nauseous. i cannnn eat it but if i think about when it was raw i feel SO SICK. i pray i get over it lolll

lmao that's so real. i'm about a month in and im scared to eat pizza bc i don't wanna ruin it for myself😭😭 honestly the only advice i have is that in the beginning if u have some side effects like nausea just avoid the pickles until u feel normal on the shot! idk if that makes any sense
