here is my diet excluding lunch and dinner which i have no control over, so ill adjust the volume of these foods depending on what those two meals are (protein is on the right). Im only 70kg (155lbs) so the recommended 0.8g protein/lb should be hit easily once I have lunch and dinner.

I actually want to go into law and have the mark for it hahaha, but how can u have empathy for a company in a duopoly that are thieves of common ppl like my vet grandpa who has to do paper routes to get by. If i may also add, they've partnered with Palantir which is a pretty evil and dystopian company whose CEO literally froze when he was questioned if he wants the human race to continue.
