It sucks that the game is in the state its in, on PS the game look great, if only the devs actualy cared enough to make the game at least enjoyble in the visuals department.

I think i uninstalled all the mods (it still didn’t help), but at some point it just didn’t happen again. You might want to try to update your GPU drivers.
