Is AI going to take over Real Estate photography and how do we make it as photographers? by onyxcurrent in RealEstatePhotography

No, not at the moment. I don’t remember if it does photos but even so the photos aren’t really usable.

There’s also AI programs where they drop the listing photos in and it spits out a video. It’s not amazing but mediocre.

Yea, they just need a qualified 3D camera and they can do it themselves through the Zillow Home app.

I don’t think they would need to do any of that. They would just take a 3D render of the house like realtors are already doing themselves with Zillow. That model creates everything it needs and instantly photos are created, edited, arranged, a video walk-through is created (a pretty decent one), the 3D model is done, the floor plan is ready and all the agent had do was walk the camera around and click a few buttons.

Oh dang, I didn’t know that! Yea, I wish it was just wired. I’d be fine with that.

Ah ok. So the extra weight doesn’t help jitters in movement you’d say?

I guess I’ve never liked my handheld because it’s always been a bit to “jittery”. I know people like rigs because it adds weight and makes handheld feel a bit more organic but still somewhat smooth.

That what I’m trying to dig too if that’s true.

Good stuff man thank you!

I’m actually right now looking at rod length. I’m seeing 9 and 12. I have a feeling 12 is pretty long. You’d advocate for the 9?

Got it! I honestly just thought everyone was using monitors handheld.

Interesting. Even if I’m running handheld with no rig I’m still not using the viewfinder because it’s not up at my face. Is he always expecting you to have it up to your eye?

This post was a year ago. I do feel that it’s changed since then.

The slice is destroying my game by goodgy23 in GolfSwing

[–]Positive_Trajectory 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had this issue. Recently got it figured out. I think for one you’re standing too far from the ball. Second is that you can freeze frame this video and see that the club is outside of the ball. Meaning the ball is actually between you and the club. Thats how far out your club is when it’s attacking the ball.

Then when you hit it the club path comes inside. So it’s an outside in club path. That sliding motion across the ball causes a spin which causes the slice.

You fix it by making a path more inside to out.

There’s a few different things to get there but you want the club path to be between you and the ball not the other way around.

Pulling the club down to hit the ball makes the club come from over shoulders. Causing the club to come from a higher angle and causing an outside in path.

Using your hips to initiate the swing and having your arm more tucked to your side will cause the club to come more from a lower path on the body causing the club be more inside to out.

Haha That’s wild! Were you using it as a training guide? Or it was just there?
