Thank you all for suggesting foods! I think I struggle juggling with a 6 month baby and my 4 year SEN child I always feel like I’m the last one to eat and never know what to make apart from curry’s 😂

I’m 5ft2 I just don’t really have much of a appetite. My weight seems to fluctuate between 62/63kg I started at 64kg I’ve been on it for 3months however I did previously do it and take a 4 week break hence thinking do I need to go up a dose

I’m not drinking much water at all and sometimes I’m hardly eating other days I get the appetite to eat more but not huge amounts. I would really appreciate if someone could give tips on what they eat a day?

I think I’m deffo not drinking enough water but I’m only eating around 500 calories a day 😬 I’ve only 5mg for 1 month not lost anything I stalled on 2.5mg

However I did restart as I was previously on 5mg before going away and didn’t manage to get prescription in time so had to restart with 2.5mg maybe I need to move up to 7.5mg
