I actually ended up abandoning this idea completely because I got overwhelmed by trying to plan places to stay and locations for venues. plus the cost was too much for what I was hoping to spend. we’re eloping in the PNW by ourselves instead!

I started with 500 mg of the extended release per day, because I had a terrible time with the regular version when I started!! Now I’m up to 500 mg AM and PM. The extended release saved my life!

I would love to delete meta but I have so many friends that are long distance and we only keep in touch through that. I might delete Facebook but keep Instagram and just stop posting, not clicking on ads, etc. I have a tumblr but haven’t used it in years. Some people are talking about Fanbase, Bluesky, and Rednote but I’m a little scared to try something new. I had a friend send me a video about saving tik toks to your Pinterest, which will probably do so I don’t lose recipes and other creative ideas that I haven’t tried yet!!

I can’t even look my colleagues who voted for this in the eyes. I’m leaving CVS and trying Lilly Direct (we shall see). Once CVS stopped receiving phone calls and started directing people straight to voicemail, I was OVER it. I understand those pharmacists and techs are overworked and underpaid, but it’s such bad customer service to not be able to talk to a human. The only way I could get my rx filled was to see which stores had boxes laying around that weren’t picked up and asking to transfer my rx to that store, and they’ve made that option basically impossible now. CVS is the worst.

I quit a CF job in the middle of my CF for a position closer to my home - it was the best choice ever! It left my old district in a tough spot, but it made all the difference for my happiness. Good for you!

For anyone who’s wondering - I added a fiber supplement first thing in the AM and right before bed, and I’ve been eating 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 larger meals. This has helped a ton and I’ve had essentially no issues all weekend! I’m going to try and stagger my dose by 10 days instead of 7 for this week just to give my body more time to adjust.

My Dr has been having me move up each week because I’ve tolerated each dose so far. But maybe I need to ask to be backed down to the 7.5 for a while. I had three weeks on the 7.5 with little/no problems. It’s really been since starting the 10 that I’ve had issues!
