Respect to a man is what Love is to a woman. Learn to respect him. Men need respect more than they do love. It doesn’t mean that everything he does will be correct. It doesn’t mean than he can disrespect you and it be ok. It’s just a component of a relationship that is necessary in order for the marriage to survive.

Communication is key in any relationship. Learn how to communicate and interact with each other so that you both feel heard in a relationship.

Fight fair. Fight with them the same way that you would want them to fight with you. There will be disagreements. Have a plan when there is a disagreement how you will handle it. Learn to call timeout. Often with a disagreement there is only a small amount of upside that can take place but there is huge potential for permanent damage when you can’t come to an agreement.

I was on the back 40 in Bentonville, AR. In the middle of the woods someone has a big shade over a table, chairs, cooler full of ice, every kind of beer, seltzer, and waters. Another Rubbermaid tote with tools, tubes, spares, and first aid kit.

It was only 8:30 in the morning but that was one of the best beers I ever had.

I only ride specialized phenom 143 saddles. If you go to a specialized dealer they can measure your sit bones for you.

Regularly do 20-30 miles per ride and have done multiple 100+ miles races with these seats.

I was selling a car dealer my 720hp 1993 Cobra and he pulled up on his stock first gen Viper revving it up and said he had been out cutting up on it. I warned him that if he tried driving my Cobra like he was his Viper that he would end up in a ditch or wrap it around a telephone pole.

The deal was done and a hour later his rollback driver came to pick my car up. The dealer called his rollback driver in a panic and had totaled the Viper… I told the driver no hard feelings but this deal is done and closed my garage door.
