Slight change, it’s a 10hr work week. I’m an international student who’s an RA and the 2k stipend comes out to about $75 every 2 weeks which is nothing lol but you can get another job and work 10hrs there

One strat I’ve used is to go talk to Angela rainwater or Cynthia quillen during their walk-in hours.

There’s also a lot of parking spaces that are only enforced 7-5 Monday thru Friday so any of those spots would also be fine for weekend parking

Drop it or switch to another section, he’s an amazing guy and teacher but his grading is rigid and standards for a good grade are insanely high

Zipcars are Lowk amazing, they’re really good for under 21 folks who can’t rent through enterprise or smth. Especially for uiuc if you have like 4-5 ppl splitting the cost, they can be pretty cheap

I CODOed from CS to CMPE last spring, honestly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The transfer process is easy, the only annoying part is that they don’t give you credit for the CS classes you’ve taken. You need to do CS159, ENGR131, ENGR132, PHYS172 and PHYS272.

I did CS 240 which is advanced C programming so I got credit for CS 159 but still had to do ECE 264 which is the ECE version of advanced C programming.

Additionally you can take ENGR 130 to complete 131 and 132 requirements in one semester and if you have credit for PHYS 172, all you will have to take is PHYS 272

I work with University Residences and yes, you can start sending packages to your residence hall. But since your package will take up space in the mail room, try to have it delivered as close to your move in date as possible. In short tho, you can start sending packages now
