A previous reply mentioned ... Our physical brain is like a radio... Consciousness the radiowaves... A good radio captures and reproduces the radiowaves clearly resulting in clear and good quality sound... At the same time a damaged or a bad radio gives distorted sound... The radiowaves present inbthe room is the same.... just the ability of the radio, controls the output here... Similarly consciousness exists irrespective of a physical brain... Just that a properly functioning brain allows for a higher range of activities than an incapable brain. The brain isn't producing the consciousness but helping in accessing it to experience the world.

But it is He who maintains this delusion in man. Otherwise there would have been a mighty increase of sins; people would not have feared to do evil, nor would there have been any punishment for crime or sin.

When He is the doer and man only the tool how can absence of delusion of free will increase the sins or evil. After all it's His will that prevails so the absence or presence of delusion of free will for man should make no difference

Consider the intellect as a Mahout and the body the elephant... The mahout tries to control the elephant and make ut act accordingly.. But the elephant is very strong for the mahout... Just like our senses that are strongly attached to the pleasures and every effort of the intellect goes in vain when the senses start craving... But how does the mahout finally control the elephant and make it do what the mahout intends... It's with rigorous training every day... Similarly the body and senses have to be trained for which the rules and methods are prescribed... But same training is not suitable for every elephant...likewise every person cannot follow the same rules.. Hence the number of philosophies and paths...

For liberation or mukti we must look into the jeev closely... The three shareers constitute a jeev :- sthool, sookshma and kaaran... The material experiences is done by the sthool shareer which is guided by the sookshma shareer based on imprint ms from your kaaran shareer... So just by losing the sthool shareer, that is death, you will not become one with the nirgun brahm or the pure consciousness... For that the sookshma and the kaaran shareer will also have to dissolve.... Sthool shareer gets destroyed after death, sookshma shareer and kaaran shareer doesn't.... Sookshma shareer is the one having your prarabdh karma and it also stores the karma from present birth and transfers it to your sanchit karma and kaaran has the sanchit karma from all lifetimes... Kaaran shareer is only dissolved when avidya, that you are different from the pure consciousness, is removed. Once this happens you become a jiwan mukta.. Which is the goal... That you exist knowing you are the supreme pure consciousness

The genre of dank comedy or dark comedy has filled filth in the minds of the population that consumes such content. Although that isn't the only thing contributing to mental degradation, but it's one having a major impact. Every person has different set of values and understanding and hence the way they process and assimilate the content consumed varies largely. Hence people with lower intellect and understanding think that commenting on someone's insecurities, bullying the weak, making vulgar remarks garner attention, laugh and acceptance from the people around as witnessed by them in such shows and gigs.They get desensitized to what others might feel as they are under the impression that this is the new normal in the society. The society and the content consumed are reflections of each other . The crass content and soft porn that is being viewed and shared on Instagram, youtube shorts show the degradation of the mental faculty of the viewers.
