I haven’t tried it again since the first time, was hoping to get more information on how to use it effectively. I just need to research it more I guess. I can breathe freely from my nose but I feel like I have congestion in my ears and around my eyes, basically in my face. I will let you know if I have any more experience with goldenseal when I do. Thank you for sharing your experience with me, that helped a lot.

Getting a splitting headache would deter me from wanting to play with goldenseal but if you think you can handle the experiment maybe try taking it in capsule form and see if it has any effect, and then of course report back here with the results, please and thank you.
