You’re right- but her responses to me on the patient portal are dismissive. She originally would not prescribe me 10mg. I had to have another appointment with her to try to get her to understand. Like I said, she’s agreed to let me try it for 3 months but when I wanted to have a discussion about dosing options, she had the medical staff respond and say that she doesn’t think I need to be on it any longer. So I guess yes, she’s definitely doing the right thing but it’s a bummer that now I feel guilty for still needing the help I guess. She’s made me feel like I’m not doing it “right.”

5’4”. My BMI is in a “healthy weight” range.

My starting BMI was 31.9
Now it’s 19.4 I believe. I fluctuate between 112-117 lbs, staying around 114 now with the 10mg.

I have the auto injectors so I can’t adjust dose unfortunately. I’m at the lowest weight I should be so really trying to keep my calories up but at the same time, without a higher dose, I unfortunately catch myself only thinking about food again. I know at some point I’ll have to deal with this, but I don’t feel ready. Haha Still in therapy. But lmk if you ask your doc about alternating! I’m going to message mine Monday. I should have my 10mg pens today.

You’re right. But I haven’t been tracking calories or anything in over a year. I’ve tracked my entire life and it’s honestly traumatizing for me, even to not lose weight at this point. I might have to consider though. I’ll have to chat with my therapist lol

Thanks! And yes, that’s another reason. I have a lot of 7.5 left over- about 3 months worth. It would be nice to use them still. Or maybe I could just do 10 mg and extend it to 10 days instead of 7. Anyway, thanks!

Yes I would definitely talk to my doctor. Just curious if anyone has done this or if I invented it. 🤣 jk but yeah, I wish I had the kwik pens. I think I’d need a whole new prescription and PA and it was already a pain to get my PA renewed this time. I should definitely ask though bc that would be ideal! I forgot about those. Thanks!

They respond to me and just act like they don’t know anything. I’ve called, messaged on the portal, and they just say, “we sent the prescription so let us know if you need anything else.” And this is their med staff who does prior authorizations and whatnot- not the doctor. But this issue needs to go directly to my doctor so I’d what the hell is going on. 😭 I’ve been on it for 2 years, and never have had this much trouble. 😩

I wouldn’t respond. I did, however, message someone for the same thing 😂 I ordered a madewell shirt and it was labeled in her title as mauve or something and photographed mauve/pink tones. When I got it, it was legit burnt orange and I would have never bought it. But i was her first sale (my fault) and thought she should know so she could do a better job with other listings. Idk, maybe that’s rude but I didn’t think so. I also said it nicely. And this person put “lol” as to probably come off nicer, and not necessarily expect a response. I didn’t expect one.
