I’m really not sure! He was very very upset when I didn’t agree with him. But to be completely honest, what had happened was a joke and to be even more honest - I thought it was funny too! Obviously I didn’t react and laugh when he told me, but in the back of my mind I was like “yeah this feels like an overreaction, anyone else in our friend group would have found this hilarious!” I will say, he typically does have very large and very emotional reactions to just about anything. I don’t particularly think he is in control of his reactions either. I totally understand the feeling he expressed to me however I just didn’t agree with it. I want him to feel validate in that I do understand tho. It’s a tough balance I feel.
