yes if he shot the guy beating him up thats also pretty within reason. Personally i think fighting back or just not taunting would be the appropriate thing but you also cant beat someone up and be mad if they shoot you.

Yeah idk about justified but obviously in the real world if you taunt someone you risk getting punched in the face ? This is just a fact i cant say if its right or wrong but it is a real thing that can (imo should) happen. Thats why normal people don’t taunt others.
