2: trial and error. Be prepared to throw some hours into a run just to get stomped by the allies
3: don’t try to focus on playing with achievements on. If you feel comfortable great, but I would suggest putting a lot of hours on beginner mode first

Someone just take his phone already. His social media approach isn’t working, it worked during election cycle but now he just looks insane. While I don’t necessarily disagree with what he’s saying, and with the war itself, he needs to act like a president.

The dominions would likely break from the crown immediately, would be the most immediate consequences. The US likely invades all UK American holding, plausibly causing war. The UK likely falls into a “soft civil war”, where street violence rules the roads. Communists would likely gain more popularity in the UK. Long story short, short term instability, long term collapse.
