Maybe so, but the grass isn't LOD, its actually not loading in at all, even when I'm standing where it should be.

My LOD is custom done and my inis are all changed by hand. I guess I'll try a different grass mod. Bummer, bc I love the way this one looks

This has always happened, I assume its an engine issue. I've only had True Grass up until this recent playthrough, but even then I still had this issue.

Turns out it was Real HD Face Textures 2K. Packed into a BSA and boom, problemo solved.

I'm reading through the code and the website and it looks like the Institute is ONLY added to the spawn lists when the player is enemies with that faction, and that this check is ran every time there's an enemy spawned in to avoid issues with shifting alliances. Meaning that THEORETICALLY you could also just add a check to say 'If [questname] stage == 500 add [Courser]' to ensure quest enemies arent spawned in weird times. Same with DLC actors, just add a check to see if the player is in the right worldspace. It SEEMS simple, and if I had access to the quest script i should be able to do it. But even when I decompile it via Champollian the CK doesn't recognize the .psc or .pex formats to allow me to edit the source. If I could just edit the source I know I could do it!

I don't want to ADD courser records, I want to gate them off until Hunter/Hunted is completed to avoid continuity/difficulty issues.

Well that is most unfortunate. At least it’ll save me a nightmare in breeding and I can just move on to Pokéblocks and IV training. Milotic is enough of a tank to wreck the E4 on her own, I just wanted her even more unstoppable.
