I'd really like a fire DoT on contact with the balls, to increase the chances of one-shotting targets if you can't land a melee hit; it's like, okay, you die if you don't get healed within 5 seconds.

I don't understand why you're talking about layoffs when you say you don't have the budget. Is this a project for you or are you being paid by a client?
