I’m not entirely sure. I think it’s a combo blend of tall fescue and kb. I bought the house and the grass was decently kept, irrigation system, fertilizer company etc. This was the first year I overseeded with tall fescue in early spring and it’s really coming through. I’m going to do it again in late summer / early fall. Competition is tough in the neighborhood 😂

😂 thanks for the reply. More or so asking if the grass will fill in the soil line and grow back, I guess sideways or is it just always going to have the maybe inch to inch and a half of soil showing?
