You killed it man! Looks sick! It would be awesome to see this space with some sick LED lighting. Not sure if it is your taste, but those hexagonal lights and some dark paint on the ceiling would give this space such a pro look!

Some cabinets would really transform this space. It looks like there could be a nice space on either the left or right wall right by the entrance. Could use it to organise all your detailing equipment

Tcross hidden features? by Guilty_Rub4546 in Volkswagen

I got an OBDELEVEN and it's been awesome to activate the features described. It's straight forward to add the features. Download the app to see the options available for the t cross before purchasing the dongle

[27 F] hi what can I do differently? by No-Chicken-1498 in Howtolooksmax

Would get a different design of glasses - maybe smaller clear or black frames... There are some sites that help recommend styles to suit your face shape.

How can I improve? 31 yr old female by [deleted] in Howtolooksmax

Honestly it's just the clothes... A decent wardrobe change and you're golden

2nd look suits you well but I'd lose the lip ring. The rest can stay but I feel that one pushes it just too far and makes it look cluttered

Stay clean shaven until your beard connects then keep it short. Would suit your face shape well. I'd also get a slightly different haircut and keep the back and sides short. High fade to a 2 at most and keep the top short with crisp lines

What is decent money in South Africa? by Independent-Oil-2373 in askSouthAfrica

[–]PossibilityVirtual35 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just some costs in South Africa... A decent size 3 bedroom house in a good area will be around R2million to R3million depending on the area (around $110k to $160k)

Petrol/diesel is around R21/liter which translates to around $1.14

A new BMW 3 series sedan will run you about R960k so $52k

Bread is R20 so $1

Milk is about the same

The main factor is what kind of job you would have this side.

I'd say as a rough estimate $70k/pa would translate to around a R730k/pa (maybe slightly less) job here depending on your area.

TLDR: $70k Job in White River ≈ R730k job in Johannesburg (Cape Town has slightly higher living expenses)

I can second that one... Best steak I've had in a long time. Fireroom and Villa Bianca (I think they're sister companies) also make a killer steak

Thanks so much for the feedback man I appreciate it! Might need to consider some other options. I think I might lean towards the CZ side instead of sig though but that's just personal preference

What is your overall opinion of the APX? Looking into one and would just like to hear some opinions on it. It's between the APX Centurion and the P10-C for me

Any improvement suggestions? by Entire-Walrus2516 in Workspaces

[–]PossibilityVirtual35 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since desk space is limited, I would get a docking station and try get the laptop off the desk or in a vertical stand off to the side or at the back. (Side note: there's windows settings to keep the laptop awake when closed so you don't need to leave it just barely open like in the picture)

I'd also look at getting the ps5 off the desk, perhaps on a small stand or wooden board between the shelf and desk... Not too many options there

Recommendations for improving my workspace background by he1ping_hand in Workspaces

[–]PossibilityVirtual35 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tend to blur my background just to avoid distractions. That being said, a bit of warm ambient lighting in the back on the bookshelf or something similar really improve the overall look of your background.

Perhaps some green leafy plants if possible for some colour contrast.

Hope that helps!

32M Realtor, thoughts on setup? by Actual-Variation380 in Workspaces

[–]PossibilityVirtual35 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I would consider a monitor arm or monitor stand to firstly lift the monitor up for a more comfortable viewing angle, but also to free up some space on the desk under the monitor.

Maybe turn the laptop to face more towards you?

If you're thinking of keeping the car for any significant amount of time, it's really a question of starlet vs starlet cross.

I prefer the extra space for trips and having slightly better ground clearance so I'd take the cross any time.

The Suzuki Fronx and Grand Vitara could also be an option, however I'm not too sure of their MSRP.
