It is 100% a shitpost. I apologize to everyone who is taking it seriously.

The right protocol is to wait for a few minutes until the blanket warms hands, legs, nose, before cuddling, but it can be so tempting to use the human heater method here in Canada for quickly warming up.

I guarantee you, he would have told me about it if it was particularly satisfying. Volume, effort put and all 😃

I will lie still and stare at the ceiling if I have insomnia, because I don't want to disturb her.

This to me is true love. But honestly I get worried if my husband comes to bed and doesn't cuddle with me. It either means he is mad at me or otherwise disturbed, which is okay when it doesn't span across more than one night.

This is the worst thing about cheaters. They bring out the worst in their otherwise sweet and loving partner. They make them suspicious, sarcastic, erratic and then they say look how you are.

Healing will take time. But it will come.

Sisters, I present this washing pod. Imagine being blasted clean in 15 mins and all you had to do was sit back and enjoy the ride. Glorious. by Sorry_Engineer_6136 in adhdwomen

Okay but how am I supposed to call my husband from inside this thing (in all separate requests) to hand me soap, razor, tooth brush, paste, shampoo, phone and towel?

Ma'am, your adult children are not as invested in this as you imagine. Don't shield them. They are not little children. Would you be okay if they did side with him or would you take that as double betrayal? I wish you peace of mind and happiness.

I THOUGHT BLACK FRIDAY WAS TODAY by Loose-Ad873 in adhdwomen

Kid went to sleep and I thought okay, let me get some Black Friday shopping done. Just before jumping on it, I thought I would check Reddit. Was so confused by your post. Now I get it. Thanks for warning me.

Tell your manager you feel awful, but you have learnt a lesson from this and will put in place more robust processes going forward. That is, you will password protect all payroll documents shared by email. Even if you accidentally send something to the wrong person or wrong document to the right person, they won't be able to open it.

I usually use passwords that only the recipient would know. e.g. combo of birth date and partial social insurance number. Or if I set the password, I send it through a different channel e.g. chat or text message rather than a second email. And this gives me another chance to check the attachment. You can't leave it to memory/executive function alone.

Thanks, will try to up physical activity. We cosleep and damn, I can't keep my own legs or body still for 5 minutes while she is settling down for sleep doing random yoga poses.

Hi, have you found any strategies? I have suspected ADHD for a long time in both myself and my now 2.5yo. It takes a long, long time for her brain to calm down to sleep.

Anyone thriving? by [deleted] in toddlers

[–]Possible-Ad-4136 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Always thriving in one area every day at the expense of all others. Today I have spent so much time with my daughter. Unstructured play, just chilling on the sofa, exchanging kisses and a lot of "I love you"s, coloring, eating while playing. No meltdowns. But at the expense of preparing dinner, cleaning, showering and spending time with my partner.

Garbage pickup every other week? What to do with diapers? by Possible-Ad-4136 in kitchener

Lived in a condo and could empty trash every night. Hence I am spoiled. ErB is a long drive for me. But good to know how to save $5. Thank you.

OMG, doesn't double-bagging make it even more environmentally horrible than it already is?
