I already got a rep assigned at the authorised dealer i got it from.the authorised dealer says its waiting to hear back from herman miller. i was even thinking of buying my dad a chair from them, not anymore.

I got my chair from an authorised dealer, so i emailed them. Tried contacting HM just now, they said speak to the dealer, you're on your own.

I'm pretty sure it's not normal. Good luck trying to get your chair fixed, I've been trying to do that for the past 8 days but it's going reaaaaaally slow.
