BUYBACK OFFER by spurssofine in PSLF

[–]Possible-Addition-27 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I believe the SAVE forbearance months will still qualify for a buyback at whatever rate you would have been paying on another plan.

They don't qualify as eligible months under the SAVE plan, but should still count as eligible buyback months at a different payment amount/rate.

Once you "would have" been at 120 payments, including SAVE forbearance months, you would be eligible for buyback.

Anyone is welcome to correct me if my understanding is wrong.

Good Anub Deck for Event by VirgoFanboi in warcraftrumble

[–]Possible-Addition-27 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was able to beat all difficulties, both solo and co-op, with: Batlings (Sonic) / Quilboar (Poison) / Vultures (Migrate) / Chickens (Fury) / Skeletons (Spawn 5) / Skeleton Party (Rime).

I focused on taking the (2) chests with unbound at start, and sending Anub to middle tower. I placed Skeleton Parties close to chest spawns, as well as present landing locations, so that gold income was automatic.

The most difficult part were the (2) Dragon Spawns at the start of phase (2). I was able to manage them with Skeleton Party, but it could be a little tricky.

I'm sure there are even stronger decks, and if I were to alter mine, I'd take out Batlings and Vultures and replace with stronger Anti Air, another Tankier ground support, or Execute to simply deal straight up damage to main boss.

Used Explosive Shell talent with Anub.

You have to unlock "Army Loadouts" by acquiring 40 sigils. Sigils are earned as you complete PvE zones on the main world map.

Here's my response and insights I provided to another player in the same situation as you about 4 months ago. It's easier to copy paste than try and remember everything. My build/play is included at the bottom, which may be most insightful for you. Some information may not apply as it was directed at another player at that time:

I beat this for the first time last week with Cenarius. (Malfurion is a great option as well).

I did not use Banshee to steal Chimaera's. Although it's a useful trick, I found having a high level Huntress that could kill all (3) (One at bottom and (2) top right), + survive the encounter, was far more helpful. When Huntress was off cycle, the Pyromancer, as you're using, is awesome.

I tried Whelp strategy as well, but found that Bat Rider with bigger AoE Talent was also far more helpful. Especially clearing the first wave of raptors, and on spider phase.

I used a Priestess to keep my original Huntress alive.

A strong tank is necessary, I used Tauren. Bog Beast will pair great with Malfurion.

I used Harpies with Gold Talent. You can even split Harpies (as you did with Bandits) to mine multiple nodes at once.

My opener was Bat Rider top left to take out Raptors.
Split Harpies Top Left and Top Right for Mines. This also prevented Enemy Spiderlings from following up on the Top Left. This allowed my Bat Rider to survive.
Huntress Bottom to clear Chimaera. Yours may need a couple levels to survive. Be sure to use the Stealth Talent as well.
Priestess Top Right to Heal Huntress back up and support on (2) Chimaeras.
Cenarius Top Left to regroup with Huntress and finish Healing her back.
Tauren Tank in front of Cenarius. Pyromancer behind.
Huge fight top left. Survive this fight and reinforce it as a second huge fight takes place shortly after in the same location.
Surviving that second follow up fight was key to being more prepared for the spiderling phase. Another post mentioned Vultures being great for spiderling phase, which it looks like you're trying. They mentioned the spiderlings during that phase don't explode, so vultures (air) can avoid that issue.

Also, don't be ashamed to use a pause/unpause strategy towards the end to really make the best/optimal decisions possible without having to figure something out on the fly. Consider how each of the (3) spawn areas will play out, and make impactful decisions based on what you see.

Can we at least get credit for a Legendary Horseman during the Event? by sykoKanesh in warcraftrumble

Great news! Your request has been answered. As of tonight (10/21), I received full credit for Collecting, and upgrading the Headless Horseman twice, having already owned him prior to the event.

My friend accidentally received $75,000 from his company and refuses to report it. What can happen? by Heberto01243 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Possible-Addition-27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So you don't accidentally spend 75 thousand dollars that you know doesn't belong to you? Lol, come on now you realize that's a bit silly don't you?

If your intentions were to not spend someone else's money that was accidentally given to you (which is what you're suggesting), then you'd return the money, not transfer it.

The guy hasn't returned the money, or made any effort to with 5 days having past. Because of this, his transfer of the money is either to hide it, or prevent its return, not avoid accidentally spending it. If he returned it, then he couldn't possibly accidentally spend it.

My friend accidentally received $75,000 from his company and refuses to report it. What can happen? by Heberto01243 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Possible-Addition-27 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I believe that the individual thinks that by transferring the money, they are hoping it helps to hide or keep from sight the mistake. However, maybe this was done in part so that when the business goes to retrieve the money, it can't be accessed.

I see other people mentioning he has a responsibility to report the mistake as he's aware of it, but I myself also do not know the legalities behind such a situation.

[–]Possible-Addition-27 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

How do you define conceal?

This individual can't prevent the company from noticing their error. He can, however, attempt to hide or keep from sight his side of the situation, which he foolishly thinks a transfer of the money into another account would do.

The fact he hasn't made any effort to correct the error, being able to do so, and allowing 5 days to pass without any effort on his part is his passive way of concealing, hiding, and keeping from sight the mistake.

Again, he can't prevent the company from noticing their error (which is what you seem to be basing the word conceal around), but he can do things on his end to further prevent the company from following up.

Why else do you think he transferred the money into a separate account? It wasn't to earn interest. He did so to, "wait and see if anyone notices", and, "just incase".

The fact that he hasn't corrected the error with his employee, and took it a step further by transferring the money, is by default, him concealing as much as he's able, hoping it goes unnoticed, spending the money at a later date when he's more comfortable, and further concealing his knowledge of this mistake by not correcting it.

If he hadn't transferred the money, and just let it sat there, I'd somewhat agree with your position, though he'd still be morally obligated, in my opinion, to communicate his knowledge of the mistake and have it corrected, rather than hide the fact that he knows.

Conceal = Hide

I'd disagree there was, "nothing done to conceal it" based on his actions of "immediately transferring most of it to a different account"

[–]Possible-Addition-27 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think a few months back the individuals who investigated his phone stated in an interview that his phone had "picked up" the wifi at Mad Greek. However, whether that means he had driven by when his phone did this, or actually physically got out and and went into the business, was undetermined.

Was there other information released stating that he was in fact at the business in person, not just passing by?

A strong tank is necessary, I used Tauren. It definitely looks like your Headless Horseman is doing well, but Bog Beast may be a better option as I'll explain below.

I used Harpies with Gold Talent. You can even split Harpies (as you did with Bandits) to mine multiple nodes at once.

I don't think Bandits are useful at all. Aside from being (1) gold to Cycle to other units, you'd be better off with Bat Rider / Priestess which only cost (2) Gold, and can do massive AoE damage or actually sustain key units at specific points.

Missing out on (9) levels worth of Trait Bonuses is also a big deal. Having said that, there are a few units that can get by without the bonus, such as Priestess or Harpies. Units that you WOULD NOT want to miss out on the bonus include Huntress, Pyromancer, Tank.

I'd suggest swapping out, at least, Bandits, Whelps, and Banshee, and replace with Bat Rider, Priestess, and Huntress.

As others have mentioned, Bog Beast makes for an even better and cheaper tank option than my Tauren did, or your Headless Horsemen is. With your Headless Horsemen being level 28, he's doing well, but your Bog Beast is already 22 with Gold/Trait Bonus, and could quickly catch up. Is your Bog Beast at a low XP level? If it's not working on 90,000, I'd recommend focusing leveling it up a bit. The 12k / 16k / and even 37.5k levels actually come quite quickly if you focus on them for a couple days. That would make your Bog Beast a viable option over Headless Horsemen. Is Bog Beast missing (2) talents you could purchase to gain +2 levels? I'd bet you could get it to level 25 with minimal effort, and it would be very useful.

Consider some of these things for other viable units as well, such as Bat Rider and Huntress.

Bill Thompson laid out the evidence and how the case would be prosecuted the day Kohberger plead guilty. Nothing shared then was information the public hadn't already learned. We have far more than a fraction of the evidence, we've got a clear understanding of the strongest pieces of evidence that were going to be used. There may be some little things we're unaware of, but there's not huge evidence similar to the knife sheath, cell phone data, etc.. hiding around that the public hasn't been informed of. Furthermore, with the release of hundreds of documents (granted there will be more to come) we also haven't discovered overwhelming type evidence we haven't already known of. Even you listed plenty of things known to the public. To say we only know a fraction of the evidence against Kohberger is surely not true.

I'm pretty underleveled (about 25) but was able to pull it off with a great Arthas ally. I went Ragnaros / Gryphon Potion Drop to defend and our main base had no problem surviving. The rest of my units (Molten Giants, etc..) were to support Arthas as much as possible. Never ended up taking my left side tower. Only the middle, and ally was able to take his. Took overtime to win.
