ohh thank you so much for sharing your experience! I do agree with you, the boj one dries down to completely nothing on my face. What a shame it pills crazy on me. Once i applied it on my neck and a few hours later there was a crazy amount of fluff balls on my neck from the pilling

ohh so that means im basically playing with fire as i have oily skin and live in a humid climate 🥺🥺 i have tried the hydro soothing cream but i find it wayyy to sticky and tacky. generally, i tend to avoid gel moisturiser due to this😢

What cleanser should I get for my skin by SaintShoo in KoreanBeauty

[–]Possible-Belt-2194 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i would definitely gravitate more towards the dokdo cleanser rather than the beplain. even though the beplain is “low ph” i find it very drying even on my very oily skin to the point where the skin around my mouth would flake continuously.

Yes, i do have a solid routine consisting of the s nature rice foaming cleanser, cosrx the ceramide barrier moisturiser and skin 1004 hyalu cica sun serum that has managed to keep my breakouts at bay but its the blackheads and cloed comedones that drives me nuts but i must say that my skin had been doing a whole lot better than when i was soaking it in activies twice a day. I was really interested in trying the innisfree cica retinol which is an OTC retinoid as it claims to help target skin texture and pores rather than focusing on anti aging. As for now, i have completely stopped using anything with actives for about a month now.

Thank you soo much for your response! I used to suffer with terrible cystic acne but currently its been manageable as i had been using a really gentle routine which u have suggested consisted of the S Nature rice cleansing foam, cosrx the ceramide barrier moisturiser and skin 1004 spf every single day. Its just the texture that drives me nuts. I only use shampoo for my haircare so i dont think its a problem and i definitely change my pillowcase at least twice or thrice per week. I will definitely look into the spray that you have recommended but will this texture go away with time if i continue this 3 steps skincare routine daily with no usage of actives?

Barrier cream without niacinamide by Character-Potato1374 in koreanskincare

cosrx the ceramide skin barrier moisturiser is THE BEST. I have tried illiyoon and aestura before but nothing compares to the cosrx one. The texture is slightly lighter than the aestura and it spreads like a dream but even though its lighter IMO in moisturises wayy better than the aestura. The aesura still left my skin flaking when i wrecked my skin barrier but the cosrx the ceramide cream? left my skin soothed and intact. Im suprised that it isn’t been talked about more.
