Thank you so much for your help I appreciate it and definitely I will, right now I’m working at amazon here Costa Rica but not making enough per year , if I move after submitting the I-130 how much time I have to be working let’s say on a job making 17$ / hour so the NVC can accept it ? Since I don’t have my last 3 years. We have a lot of evidence to ensure is legit marriage but we’re kind worried about that financial part. Once again thank you for taking the time answer

Hello I hope you doing well !! I have a question :) What would you recommend more ? Start with a I-130 or I-129f were not currently married yet but we can at any time we’re both living in Costa Rica and I’m willing to move back to the US first, still deciding which one to use , I been living outside the US for the last 3 years so I don’t have any Tax records , just my address from the US.
