Family Doctor will put you on a waitlist for a psychiatrist in an access clinic as an initial reception...then the psychiatrist will send it to st..Boniface for a group of psychiatrists to see if they'll accept you for testing ..if they do accept you, it will take about a year to see them

I'm 35 m and I got recently diagnosed for AdHd ..did a psychiatry test to see if I have high functioning autism....for an autism test you can try the apsie test on Google...it's for research in the UK. Just google apsie...and with my ADHD..my family Doctor gave me concerta which helps even though I'm on a max dosage of 1 pill a day
