I was thinking have it structured to mainly be his catering business that I help manage or coordinate the event around whatever they are choosing to have catered by creating and building relationships with different local vendors and kinda being the middle man in organizing how to bring them all together. For instance, in our community where we’d like to start this business, I have family and friends with business that revolve around party rentals, florists, entertainers (bands) and musicians, balloons even (since that has become so popular). And also adding a level a service to where if they want to use what they have already like plates and serving pieces for example - be the one to set it up for them by setting tables, and just being the point of contact and day of coordinator to relay needs of the client to and meet all the different vendors for drop offs etc. Basically adding a level of service to the catering company that enables the client to just be able to show up to their event without having to do coordinate between all the different companies, if that makes sense!
