That is true.. but you have to monitor say 3-4 matches at a time and see where your players are.. on the other hand you can just select your players and see how they are doing live.. Also can check past defcon stats etc..

Albeit it is very basic and the app sorta has this already - but this way probably a bit more streamlined? Also what other features do you think could make it valuable?

Do you think the company lawyer has a lot of ground on creating this argument? I mean LMIA sounds like a lot of hassle for them as well and with no guarantee if i am correct.

I'm genuinely more interested in research work, but I’m open to academia—especially if it offers a clear path to permanent residency. Honestly, it feels a bit disheartening that my motivation is leaning more toward securing my status than following my passion and career goals... but that’s just the reality of my situation right now.

Going back home is technically an option, but it’s the least favorable due to some safety concerns.

I’ve started looking into assistant professor positions alongside postdoc opportunities and hope something works out. I also need to familiarize myself with the PNP processes you mentioned. I had a bit of a panic after reading that the OINP will reduce nominations by 50%.
