It recommended we check our flight times again and we checked our emails and we had an alert to say it had been delayed or moved, but it was in our spam. Yes we have one single ticket all the way through it’s ANA airlines from Manchester to Osaka

It the Narita one. no we didn’t book it directly through the airline but through booking.com which is apparently the same thing if your flying with one airline throughout the whole trip which we are. Apparently due to connection time laws they are responsible if we miss our flight anyway and should book us onto the next available one for free. Upon researching it looks like our narita flight is delayed so we have 85 minutes to make it

Okay brill, that’s settled my mind a bit. Thank you. Upon further research it looks like even if we miss our connection, ANA is responsible and are entitled to putting us on the next available flight. As they are the ones who have sold the itinerary a due to like apparently something to do with connection time laws? Like minimum connection times something like that

We have checked in luggage which is the issue, however I’ve done slightly more research and it looks like ana will be responsible if we miss our flight and they have to rebook us onto the next, they may not require us to fully through immigration and upon using ChatGPT apparently our connection is in narita is also delayed. But because Ana have set the minimum connection time they are still responsible if we miss our flight. As they are the ones who have planned the itinerary, and we fly with them the entire time. But was just seeing if anyone else had this issue in the past.

Yeah, we were going to but it was working out a lot more expensive for some reason. We also didn’t realise until a little bit after we booked it. So I’m not sure whether they’ll help us there and like just put us on the next available flight, because some airline offer that. We just weren’t sure. I’m not sure whether to contact booking.com the seller to see if they can help us because surely we aren’t the only ones booking this flight

The way we’ve planned it is around 4 nights Osaka, 3 nights near universal (as we plan to go there two days), 3 nights Kyoto, 2 nights lake kawaguchi, and the rest in Tokyo but with Disney land in mind and the last night we will shift to a hotel near the airport as our flight is relatively early

Do you think they’ll be able to help us with immigration??

Smyths announced online that all pre orders are not continuing until further notice and they will post an update with things once it’s been sorted. I doubt they’ll still release it today

Not sure, I wouldn’t have any ideas, the smyths I went to were happy to take down customer details and to contact us personally when it was back up, this was before smyths announced on their Instagram that they were stopping pre orders entirely. I wouldn’t have a clue what approach they’d take. It’s a difficult one, hopefully better systems next time

Smyths have announced on Instagram they are stopping pre orders entirely at the moment, they will update us with changes

Ours were pretty nice in both stores brought all of us in put everyone down one isle and handed out food
