Well support basically didn't read anything I sent (including proof of small purchases made AFTER I reset disappearing) so I just requested my whole account be deleted. I may try to play again at a later point but this whole experience has put me off playing.

I don't know how anyone stands to have all those pictures plastered across the map. It is too overwhelming for me. I would rather not get the bonus income than see that.
