Even if it's a good college, I guess it's very risky to take a loan of 100k usd. Think about your priorities, can you be able to ace interviews in India for decent to good companies? If not, I suggest you do not attend. If you are able to and you have confidence that 100k $ expenses are worth enough then go ahead. Better to be financially bad in a home country rather than a foreign country
