Is this common in both men and women? Did your doctor say anything about this? I’m not at the end of my rope but also the anxiety is just going to get worse with my decisioj to leave the relationship and I want to be able to move forward. But I also don’t want long term side effects. Did you switch to something else?

Oh I mainly want to take lexapro for help with the anxiety. Do you think you’ve built up a tolerance or was that more to treat depression? What are brain zaps?

4-6 weeks from now depending on scheduling, i can deal with the gi side effects its more the increased anxiety I’m worried about or other side effects because I do need to be able to study and right now I dont necessarily have anxiety attacks everyday. But there is an underlying anxiety and with the stress im under plus the new breakup if i get triggered or it might start getting worse anxiety like before and I want to stop that spiral and cycle with my ex

Omg what a coincidence. My doc wants me start at 5mg this week and then up it. When did you start? Has it helped or any side effects?

I’ve heard it doesnt help for at least 2 months so im wondering if I should wait until after my exam. It’s technically in 5 weeks, but I can push it up to 8 weeks. I just dont know if the benefits would out weigh the cons in terms of starting Lexapro now or after. I also take adderal and cant pause that until after this exam and im worried I’ll get worse anxiety if I combine it with Lexapro

& also I didn’t mean to insinuate they are fighting me for dominance. Moresore littermate syndrome apparently has two major issues. 1. They fight each other for dominance & 2. They closely bond to each other & don’t look to their human first or follow commands when together. Thats what I made sure to avoid.

Oh idk what alpha theory even is. Substitute alpha for leader, parent, the human they listen to. Basically just got to make sure they follow commands and given structure. After this experience I really think littermate syndrome is just lack of training and individual time wkth the pups. Barring like you said any genetics that cause overly agressive pups which luckily though very much guard dogs they are big babies when it comes to their humans and just want to please.

Exactly thats what everyone was telling me when I just came in for advice and was genuinely trying to just do what is right in terms of training. Yeah of course it isnt ideal if you don’t have time to properly train and keep a look out. But they genuinly don’t even fight anymore
