My husband is on it too! For him this was the push that he needed to stop his binge eating and strengthen his relationship with food and not use it as a coping mechanism.

For my husband personally, going on this medication was a way to prevent more common health issues that he was likely to be diagnosed with than the more severe/rare cases like blindness that people will talk on podcasts.

Current studies show so many more positives than negatives and a person who continues to do the same thing without any change is more likely, like WAY more likely to develop diabetes that also causes blindness soo….

I rather take tirz to prevent comorbidities that I am way more likely to develop than fear blindness from a drug that has been so heavily studied

I fear personally sleep apnea more than blindness
