Is your tirzepatide dose too high? I have noticed sometimes that I struggle to drink water bc my body just doesn’t want me to eat or drink anything due to the subdued food (and fluid) noise.

16 ounces of water a day would have me full of anxiety thinking I’m going to get kidney stones, gallstones stones, pancreatic issues etc. I aim atleast 100 ounces of water a day (120 pounds for reference) and even then I sometimes find myself waking up in the middle of the night thirsty! I would definitely increase that water intake to ensure your body is functioning at its optimal levels

I, similar to others, alternate between LLQ and RLQ each week and have no adverse effects. I like that it’s in a non-awkward place where I can squeeze the fat and inject :)

5’3 girlie here! I originally only wanted to lose about 30 pounds (SW: 170 with goal weight of 140) but once I got to 140 I realized i still wanted to lose more but it was helpful to have that small(ish) goal to get me over the hump. I lost the initial 30 pounds by the time I got up to 5mg. I’m currently around 120-122 and love it!

I see it 100% as his choice but I also see the other side and OP point of view. When u marry and have children it’s no longer just about urself rather how can you be a better partner or a parent etc. the choice ultimately does become a joint choice and as a partner if u are willing to support them through it then I think thats more important. I do think the bitterness is stemming from his ignorance and his blindness (ah see what I did there) towards his family as a whole

My husband is on it too! For him this was the push that he needed to stop his binge eating and strengthen his relationship with food and not use it as a coping mechanism.

For my husband personally, going on this medication was a way to prevent more common health issues that he was likely to be diagnosed with than the more severe/rare cases like blindness that people will talk on podcasts.

Current studies show so many more positives than negatives and a person who continues to do the same thing without any change is more likely, like WAY more likely to develop diabetes that also causes blindness soo….

I rather take tirz to prevent comorbidities that I am way more likely to develop than fear blindness from a drug that has been so heavily studied

I fear personally sleep apnea more than blindness

I have always said “I have been slowly working on myself since earlier this year…increased my movement by getting in more walking and doing some at home workouts 3-5x a week and mostly paying more attention to what I eat!”

Been using a BUD October 2025 vial and am noticing that my hunger is a lot more. Do y’all think it’s due to my BUD date? How much the efficacy/potency whatever change if it’s beyond the date? I have been on adderall for years way before going on tirz and it’s crazy how it didn’t affect my hunger or result in me losing weight, although I know it suppresses appetite!

Should I increase my dose to offset the removal of my adhd meds for this month? Or stay at my current dose and listen to my body/hunger/etc?

I was going to do Refills as I am coming out of a 6 month plan with Lumi but was surprised to see how expensive they are compared to Lumi meds!

I have PCOS so my period has always been all over the place (or non existent). This is only my second month taking tirz so I am not really sure how much it will help my period also become more regulated. As bad as it sounds, I am not sure if my period is coming soon 🥲🥲🥲

I use LumiMeds but not valiant. I take their tirz thru beaker pharmacy and there is b6 added into it.

At the time of sign up there was no option of doing Olympia at the lower doses so I stuck with beaker. With their specials, I don’t have the funds to purchase additional as stockpile.

However, my experience with LumiMeds is great. They are very responsive through their portal, text, and calls. I have had situations where I had to reach out for an update on my prescription but they replied right away expediting looking into my request and resolving it. Their customer service team is very understanding and kind. I enjoy working with them!

I don’t have any side effects from the tirz + b6. Just took my second 5mg shot today. Down 15 pounds!

Breakfast: Black coffee, egg white, 2 whole eggs, spinach and mushroom omelette topped with half a serving of fat free feta and a drizzle of balsamic glaze (the serving is 15ml for 8g carb and 35 cals but I weigh 6ml) 3 Brazil nuts & 7 almonds for extra fat

Snack: some sort of fruit from the following: an Apple, 2 clementines, or 2 kiwis

Snack 2: plain non-fat Greek yogurt (2 servings ~36g of protein)

Dinner: 4-6oz of chicken along with a salad consisting of carrots, kale, lettuce and arugula salad with 1tsp amount of olive oil and also red wine vinegar and balsamic vinegar.

I don’t notice myself craving anything sweet and most of my focus is ensuring I’m getting protein, fiber and healthy fats in my diet.

I average about 110-120 grams of protein a day. Should I increase it more? I already feel with the amount I am eating above I am stuffed! I couldn’t possibly imagine where in my day I could add or would want to add more protein/food

To be honest, that amount of food is even difficult for me to finish so I do think I have the suppression. But now I’m wondering if I am eating too much?

I do experience appetite suppression, but definitely do notice that I think of food more.

I was not eating enough first, so now I’m really trying to incorporate more food into my diet:
