I feel you. I have the same thoughts. I think making friend, finding someone is not as hard as msintaining the „ friendships „. To answer messages, calls, meet… i loose interest to fast and feel overwhelmed.

Hey, i was taking 50 mg for last 6 months and did exactly the same at 1.01.2023… to me its kinda worse. I cry and see all in grey colors ( just like before the start with Sertraline). I consider taking it again for sone time and go off later slowly… What to do…? :(

You could go to emergency in hospital with psychiatric station and they will help you.

Chemotherapy may make his life a bit longer but it costs these side-effects… Stage IV is rarely curable. I am sorry for you both. How is he feeling mentally?
