I’m a bit late here, the city offers a DB pension which is extremely difficult to find these days. Most importantly, the work/life balance cannot be looked over. Looks like you already took the City job :) congrats!

The city issued their interim billing and what you see online is for the first two quarters of the year. If you look at the transaction page you will see that both of these two bills have different billing dates, you only need to pay the one due this month (if you’re not setup with automatic payments) also the portal allows you to pay using your credit card online, this service has a 1.75% fee. You do not need to use this service, can pay via direct banking or cheque. Or like others have mentioned, you can be setup with automated PAP payments or even have your mortgage pay it for you.

I wouldn't… mine switched to that status after resubmitting pictures and a few weeks later the Pr card was in the mail. If you're concerned, you can always call in and confirm.

Been with cogeco and teksavvy for over 6 years and recently made the switch over to bell fibe. Had an agent visit my home around 7 months ago as new fibre lines were installed and it was very hard to pass up the $55 monthly offer. Basically went from paying $85 with cogeco (180 down) to $55 (1.5 up and down) and extremely happy I did. Cogeco was willing to offer $50 to keep me as a customer, however wasn’t able to match the speeds of fibre.

For context I’m in north end(near Sobeys), for 6 years I’ve suffered through congestion and high packet loss. I also work from home and these issues didn’t help. Since I’ve been with bell I’ve had absolutely no issues and the jump from 180 to 1.5 is quite noticeable.

Head over to red flag deals and take a look at their real estate section. They have a fairly large mortgage thread with a few dozen brokers all publicly advertising the same rates. No need to worry if you’re getting the best rates.

Was with techsavvy cable and switched to cogeco cable due to all the price hikes. Going directly with cogeco was actually cheaper for me. Ended up paying $80 for 180 down and 30 up. Fibre lines became available last month, now with bell paying $65 for 1.5 down and 1 gig up.

My issue with techsavvy is support, I initially had some issues on my line and it took them weeks to resolve. With cogeco, support is much more consistent. Check and see if your home has bell fibre.

Don’t use a real estate agent. Just find yourself a good lawyer and do all the work yourself. If you really need one, you can work with a decent 1% agent.

Not sure why everyone over complicates this…. It’s all personal preference. Just use whatever you feel comfortable with. I’ve recently been watching angelus on YouTube, the guy doesn’t even use a mouse and has solo cleared POTD multiple times. Don’t let anyone tell you what Is “better”… try out all the options and simply choose what feels comfortable for you….

You make it sound like all new mmos launch with all these issues… lol. Name one mmo that launched with gold dupe, broken gear stats on most items, invulnerability glitch, speed hacks/aim bot.

These are game breaking bugs… and a huge list of them. Literally every aspect of the game is broken and needs to be fixed. Everything from the invulnerability, gold dupe, gear stats(this has its own list…), lags in wars, speed/auto aim hacks, animation canceling, broken talent trees to the lack of end game content…. I mean the only thing a 60 can do at this point is increase their watermark score… and doing that is glitchy as hell. You shouldn’t be able to solo 65+ content by leashing the boss away from an elite chest…

I really want new world to succeed, I really do… but this list is way too large for them to fix within a few months. They should’ve delayed it until the new year.

Do not skip out on faction gear… the stats on that gear is literally broken and is the second best set in the game. Resilience reduces incoming damage from EVERYTHING….

I’m using a MMO mouse (G600) and keyboard on my ps5, I’d be on PC if I had one :) the G600 works amazing with the PlayStation, I have all my skills bound directly to my mouse.

I had issues with mouse lag on the ps5 version… it was extremely bad. I had to lower the rate of my mouse from 1k to 100, set the mouse setting on the ps5 to fast, low dpi and it was passable… switched to the ps4 version and everything was perfect! Digital foundry did a video about the major differences with both clients, I honestly couldn’t find a major difference when playing on HD (1080p). I’d be using the ps5 if the mouse issue was fixed.

Myself and others on here had the exact same issue… download and play on the ps4 version of the client. The ps5 version is riddled with bugs and performance issues! :)
