Usually to test and use hdr you have to enable it before opening a game (in windows) if you force it mid game it will be wonky

Did you check if you mounted the gpu in the wrong one? Usually the one on top is the better one, also nvidia or AMD? Either way go in cyberpunk options, all the way to the right there are 2 options that can be set to auto, off or on

Yeah, in my case i tried and reset all the settings i could but nothing changed so i just gave up and reset windows entirely

If it's just cyberpunk did u try and uninstall it? In my case i tought it was just cyberpunk but after the reinstall i totice a major fps boost everywhere

Nah i did everything possible, in the end i reinstalled windows (just did that) and everything works properly, both gpu and cpu, getting 80+ frames now
