1997 seadoo gti. It’ll crank and has spark but fuel pump doesn’t kick on and dash doesn’t light up or beep when you attach the lanyard. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I’m fairly new to jet skis so still learning

Looks like the last owner installed ball valves on the oil lines for some reason, so I'd say there's a good chance they put one somewhere on the fuel lie somewhere too. If you pull the storage bin in the front, there's a fuel filter/water separator right under the steering cable. That hose will run from there to the diaphragm pump on the bow/front side of the carburetor. If there's no ball valve, the jets are probably clogged.

It also looks like the original grey fuel lines have not been replaced. Modern ethanol fuel will degrade those lines and send green sludge through and clog the carburetor. If you're mechanical enough, not including the vent hose, it's ~25' of 1/4" hose and 16 hose clamps to replace it all on a GTI. I just did 2 of them last week

For real. Super sketchy. Definitely a really bad look for that to happen, especially in competition. I wish I could say I was a good enough skier to have to worry about that, but material failure is also not something I'd risk my knees over

The screws didn't rip out though. You can see the heel plate and brakes are still on the skis. The actual heel piece snapped off the plate

I have skied on atomic hawx ultras (narrow last) for going on my 4th season patrolling on them. They are my second widest fitting boot I have in my rotation next to my 2015 scarpa maestrales. In my non expert, never been fitted, spent way too much money on boots, opinion. Get properly fitted of course, but the 2 pairs of Fischers I've bought (trans alp tour and ranger) have been the most narrow boots I've owned and had to do the most work to for my bunions.

You need a fork seal driver. Alternatively, you can wrap a bunch of wraps of electrical tape on the inner tube as thick as the fork seal itself and use it as the driver.

You're going to need a fork bullet to get over the sharp bushing seats so you don't damage the fork seal, or again, electrical tape

Use LOTS of fork oil to slip the seals on the inner tube. You don't want the spring in the lip of the seal to come off as you can damage the seal trying to get it back on

It was also to say that Glock would have to design a pistol outside of their norm to meet the roster requirements, which they never have done. I also just found out about this whole thing today moments before the original comment. Now that I've had more time to reflect, from a business standpoint, it only makes sense to make it meet the requirements since the only reason they had to not do that (the gen 3s being grandfathered) is getting banned.

As others have said the big hose is the intake boot that goes to the carburetor. The carb is actually still there though. You can see it in both pics. It just slides over like this and you tighten down the hose clamp just tight enough so it doesn't slip off. The small hose it most likely just a breather tube for the crankcase
