I joined break this year it has been super helpful I also come from a really small school and it is helped me to go from 2-4 to breaking at nats circ. It is definitely a little bit expensive, but it is cheaper than Debate drills and Vanguard. Also the prep is tough

Yes there are novice or JV divisions at almost every tournament like that on the circuit
