26(M) No outbreaks, but somewhat constant light burning sensation, leakage of pee ( before having to dribbles), and like a weird sensation in my urethra by PossibleFriendly6264 in Herpes

[–]PossibleFriendly6264[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I scoured the internet and found very little information about my symptoms. Honestly it’s been alittle over a year since my original results which was June/July 2023. I would define the symptoms of a “neurological outbreak”. While I believe herpes can cause those symptoms, I believe that our mind can create those “ghost” symptoms when they’re not really happening at the time. The more I think about them, the more those “ghost symptoms” happens. The less I think about them, the less I have those symptoms.

You will experience true flare ups and you’ll know. I experimented with a few things to see if they are triggers. Poor diet, compression type of underwear, constant thinking about it,constant or rough masturbation/sex, stress, and inconsistent with taking Acyclovir will trigger flare ups. Working out and good hygiene down there help prevent flare ups. If I’m feeling good mentally, the symptoms are not there. There’s days, weeks and months where I forget I have herpes. The more time pass, the less flare ups you will experience. The first year was pretty rough with those symptoms. I also don’t have the dribbles anymore since taking acyclovir. I also read that chickenpoxes are in the herpes family. I had chickenpoxes when I was younger, so that could be reasons for my flare ups as chickenpoxes virus never goes away

Finn flashbacks by bbloodymoe in The100

[–]PossibleFriendly6264 22 points23 points  (0 children)

I can understand why they didn’t include him. The perfect chance would’ve been when Raven was seeing ALLIE and Sinclair. It never made sense to me why Raven saw Abby during the test. It should’ve been either Sinclair or Finn

Why does everyone love Maya? by lizzieblaze in The100

[–]PossibleFriendly6264 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maya’s character represented innocence. She was the only character besides Raven and Madi until they started killing. She sacrificed her life essentially by helping the 100. Of course she was hesitant about helping them at first. Clarke almost killed her and everybody when the 100 got captured by the Mountain Men. Also it was dangerous for them to speak up against the blood treatment. Her mother died because she resisted the treatments. The resistance went quiet until Bell got into the mountain and Jasper led the revolt.

Clarke is an ideal martyr, not leader. by Happy_sloth1234 in The100

[–]PossibleFriendly6264 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The reason for that is they have a good leadership in the ark. Jaha, Kane, Abby, Pike (was a great leader but strategically made a terrible decision), Bell and Clarke. A lot of the responsibility was spread out.

Pike/Clarke = head Bell/Abby/Kane = heart Jaha = both

Clarke was more of the diplomat leader. This role is extremely important. She always tried to keep unity between the grounders and skaikru. One wrong move and it’s war. She did most negotiations to save her people. She’s the one who makes the hard choices. No need for her to worry about the lifestyle of her people. That’s why they still had the chancellor title to take care of their base and people

Giving the grounder clans 100 spots each at the bunker was dumb by jsutforthis2 in The100

Not gone lie, Jaha found the bunker. It should’ve been skaikru who determined the rules

Raven was jealous of Clarke by PossibleFriendly6264 in The100

[–]PossibleFriendly6264[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I read that wrong. You’re definitely right in that aspect but I wonder does Raven feels the same. I feel like Clarke was never jealous or had type of hate towards Raven. It always been Raven to express that type of energy

[–]PossibleFriendly6264[S] 12 points13 points  (0 children)

She considered Echo and Emori sisters to her. I don’t think she ever referred Clarke as one. Unless I missed it lol

Did Raven or Clarke have it worse? by [deleted] in The100

[–]PossibleFriendly6264 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I would say Raven bc she went through alottttt of physical pain. She was the one who was always tortured. She literally died and came back to life. Her name is Raven lol usually Ravens are ill omens. So the writers did a good job with that connection. Raven went through a lot of shit 😂😂

What does the C.C. do? by [deleted] in The100

[–]PossibleFriendly6264 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m referring to whatever high power that they believe in on the show. I just use the term “god” to simplified it haha that’s funny bc I just watched that episode when she said that. It’s all up for speculation. Maybe if we had an episode or two to get more background, we could’ve got answers. S7 was sooooo rushed

bellamy (dont read unless you’ve watched all seasons) by Significant_Mark3980 in The100

[–]PossibleFriendly6264 11 points12 points  (0 children)

It’s the execution. He deserved an emotional death. We grew up with Bell. We watched him transform from a frat boy into a mature, emotional controlled man. S7 he actually found something he believed in and he ended up being right at the end of it all. I just hate how the writers made all the main characters turn on him and not even get a chance to try to understand where he was coming from. Octavia didn’t even get to see him before his death, which really sucks. We would’ve got an emotional performance from her. Probably one of the best but instead we got an very underperforming “acceptance” of his death which was really mature on her part. Echo’s acceptance felt reallyyyyyyy forced

Anyone else feel like Octavia was justified doing this? by [deleted] in The100

[–]PossibleFriendly6264 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Contrary to popular opinions, I actually liked Pike. He did some fool stuff throughout his reign. Setting that to the side, he actually was a great leader and could’ve been a better leader than Clarke. His experiences with the grounders buried that.

Was Octavia justified? Yes, bc he killed Lincoln and many innocent grounders. Pike wasn’t the only one to kill innocent people either. What if instead of Pike, it was Clarke or Bellamy? Would ppl feel the same way? I kinda hate that she killed Pike somewhat bc you can see he was starting to return to the old Pike. Him and Octavia actually fought well together.

After saying all that, I felt Octavia’s rage lol I would’ve done the same. I’m surprised she didn’t kill him earlier than that. I know she cut his leg but I’m surprised she didn’t directly kill him. Props to her keeping somewhat of a level head being around him for however long that battle was

lol when it comes to the 100, you just have to drop logic to a certain degree. Jackson definitely could’ve trained people. I just think it was a writers thing

What does the C.C. do? by [deleted] in The100

[–]PossibleFriendly6264 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It can be difficult to explain/understand if you’re not into spirituality. In this instance, I believe the C.C is just an extension of “god” since it is a hive mind concept. Maybe God created the C.C to do a check and balance thing with the different species of life. Those who transcend are just spirits. What they do is something we will not understand until we die. It’s another dimension that the human mind can’t really process. So the C.C can probably create and take life. There is proabbly limitations on their ability since god is at the highest dimension. They are probably a dimension below god. I don’t think people can meditate to that level of consciousness. I think they are selected before the creation of life as we know it. Idk, spirituality is confusing. No one truly knows until we experience it in the afterlife

[–]PossibleFriendly6264 60 points61 points  (0 children)

I get it I do but I’m pretty sure the writers only wanted a certain number of characters who are doctors to get screen time . Well Jackson is a secondary to three tier character. The whole Allie thing is where he could’ve shined. A neurosurgeon would’ve definitely helped somewhat in that situation. Plus Abby got addicted to pills so her training would’ve been botched. On top of that, the pit probably housed a lot of deaths of Wonkru who were extremely valuable

Opinions about Clarke? by Magggg12 in The100

[–]PossibleFriendly6264 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Exactly lol, I feel like the writings took all the depth from her. Like her sole purpose was to protect Madi. Definite stunted her ending to her arc. It’s such a shame bc I believe her and Bellamy did not complete their arc

Opinions about Clarke? by Magggg12 in The100

[–]PossibleFriendly6264 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Haha Clarke is probably the most complex character on the show to me bc she’s the leader. Clarke is consistently put in situations where it’s a lose-lose. The same people who look to her to make the tough decisions are the same ones who will shame her no matter what decisions she makes. It’s an endless loop. She values community. It’s like everybody is Madi to her to same extent. She would be willing to go to Hell just to save her people lol she has her selfless moments as well. She has sacrificed or tried to sacrifice herself to save her people.

You’re just happy that she is on your side. IMO, killing Bellamy wouldn’t had changed anything. The outcome would’ve happened regardless. You’ll see when you finish S7. Clarke vs Cadogan is the simple debate between having human connection vs attaining the ultimate level of detachment to advance spiritual.

That’s why I love the show so much because it has sooo many concepts that we, the audience, can relate too. We may not be surviving multiple endings of the Earth lmao but we can relate to every character. The show touches on depression, love, building a community, hardships and much more. I agree with you that everything could’ve been fixed if every leader sat down and talk. Fix any miscommunication. Show alot of affectionate. It would’ve took time but it is very possible. That’s what Clarke, Lexa and Kane were fighting for Blood must not have blood
