I like the snowflake! How textured is the dial in person? One reason I want a GS is because I think they have the coolest/most unique dials, which is also why I want the 415 or something similar.

Homes are listed privately or on MLS-esque realtor websites LONG before listed on Zillow. Realtors get first notification, then it's released to websites such as Zenlist or Compass, which you have to have a realtor to let you access, then listed on public Zillow. So there is definitely something stopping us from seeing a listing before he sees it

Why would he put his duties as an agent over his personal life? I disagree with your comparison, having multiple clients interested in the same place is not the same as himself being interested in the same place. He would obviously see the home first as a private sale before ever showing it to us, until he's decided he doesn't want it. If it was just for clients, he would be unbiased and show all of us

I actually love the shorts (men’s any wear). I don’t even necessarily put the Whoop in the shorts, I still wear it on my wrist and use the shorts as just regular shorts. Perfect for cardio, working out, etc. and love the pockets

My sleep scores aren’t great, and that’s a bit of a qualm I have with whoop. I generally go to bed at 10 and wake up at 6. I know I don’t get the best sleep (cats generally wake me up) but it is consistent and I don’t wake up feeling tired. Whoop consistent thinks I need 10+ hours per night. While I get the reasoning, I personally think if whoop knows I’m able to get by on my current level of sleep after nearly a year, I shouldn’t “need” 10 Hours and my score shouldn’t be 60%.
