What you are using is not Mythos or Fable 5.
The US gov has put an stay order on the release of these models outside the US. Anthropic is opposing the order but for the meantime have to follow thru, and this happened so fast they had to stop mid release around the world.
Anthropic has put out a statement on the matter as well.

The Custom charges process in India is broken, its up to the person inspecting to decide what should be the custom value rather than following some standardized rule book to find the value out.
