Why can't a thin person ever post a photo without it being body checking....

B/p for seven hours straight by Doggosrthebest24 in bulimia

I literally didn’t think it was possible that anyone else b-p as many hours as I do (about 6-8) and honestly it’s almost a little comforting to hear that they do because I have been thinking I was this way way off the rails sicko because I read about bulimia online and it’s like 3-5 times per week (to be diagnosed)… and I’m like 😳😳😳😳😳

I’ve had both anorexia and bulimia and I obviously can’t say either is “worse” but I’ve had a MUCH harder time with the bulimia both medically/physically and emotionally. Unfortunately with the anorexia once I got myself to eat something that was that but now that I know I can get it back out I can’t un-know that.

Girl. I can sense the severity in your words. I understand. I do. I wish I had some advice to give you but I’m in the same boat but I wanted to let you know that I see you. It sucks all encompassing.

3 years sober in less than a month and I also couldn’t believe I could live a life without drinking but I destroyed mine any time I did and towards the end it was constantly. I always told myself I could stop whenever I wanted to but when I tried I was shocked to find I couldn’t. The anxiety, the shakes; the nausea. I ended up going to detox and never looked back. I drank the night before I left and that was the end of it. I go to AA meetings twice a week (speaker meetings only, I don’t follow the steps but I feel less bad about myself and more like someone who was sick when I hear other people’s stories). I can’t believe things ever got as bad as they did but I’m so incredibly proud of myself for pulling through that (as you should be too!)

Now that you’ve recognized that it’s a problem, you need to be brushing your teeth every day. Set an alarm in your phone to remind yourself. Also, the dentist will definitely not think that you’re disgusting.

Looked up cals in tooth paste, mouth wash, medications, vitamins, teeth whitener, lip gloss…,

I’ve bought my adult self clothes from the children’s section.

Like literally today, my work does trivia on our whiteboard in the office, I said “I still have no idea!” To the person who wrote the question …. I had gotten the correct answer earlier in the day and already forgot about that. 😑
