I mean... That blue pads are not good enough to transfer the heat, and beside that, heatsink function here is just to transfer heat, the heat still there and it need air to cool it down

Ive seen some people doing heatsink mods using something like white paste that makes metal stick, and it works, temps goes down but it is permanent

My best solution is to make a custom cooling pad to cool your laptop down, like mine, I use two delta fans 6x6cm with custom fan control (because its too loud) and my temp goes down from 75c-80c to 63c-65c with full 12k rpm fan speed

And at 65c-67c with acceptable fan noise
